Ground Floor Flat
Accessed from Mumbles Rd, enter into a small porch area, turn right through the door into the open plan lounge and kitchen. As you head toward the kitchen the corridor leads down to the bathroom on your right, just past the kitchen and the large bedroom with french doors backing onto the decked summer terrace. Not forgetting the unbelievable view as you sit back and relax in the lounge with a glass of Veuve and friends. |
1st Floor Flat
Accessed from the side of the house as if walking up onto Clifton Terrace, on entering walk up a flight of stairs and at the top your choice is bathroom or bedroom on your right, on turning left the open plan kitchen, lounge is immediately in front of you as you go up another two steps, all the time having difficulty taking your eye off the ocean views that are in front of you.

2nd Floor Flat and Mezzanine
An artistically designed bridge is planned for access to the penthouse via Clifton Terrace although parking must always remain on Mumbles Rd. On entering the flat a large uniquely shaped hall way greets you with a round window in front looking through to the kitchen. On your right is the flats bathroom and just past that a storage cupboard. Take a deep breath and move into the front of the flat where the open plan kitchen and lounge can be found, take a few moments to take in the room itself and the open plan stair case leading to the Mezzanine before looking toward the window to see sweeping views of Swansea Bay. Taking the stairs up to the sleeping gallery and lean on the banister looking down into the lounge and again those views over Swansea Bay.

Project News:
Work began on 730 Mumbles Road in November 2004 and was progressing well, however 5 weeks into the project a crack appeared on Clifton Terrace suggesting there was a subsidence issue. Work has had to stop until the problem is resolved hopefully continuing early in the new year.
Update: There has been an update on the situation this week (October 27, 2005) so we will keep you posted as to any news and continued development of the site.
