The spectacular display of fresh fish at the entrance says it all: at last, Mumbles has its own specialised seafood restaurant. Out Of The Blue opened on July 1st at the site of the former Darcy’s restaurant at 698 Mumbles Road and it’s already buzzing with customers. With so much fresh fish landed locally every day, it’s a surprise nobody thought of opening a fish restaurant sooner. Owner Melanie Rees has dined all over the world and so has plenty of ideas for her own restaurant, with fish being supplied by local quality fishmongers Coakleys in Mumbles village....can you write a better review of this restaurant...send us your review of Out of the Blue
