Kate & Steve Maloney have run this well established award winning restaurant in the heart of Mumbles for the last 10 years. You will find a warm welcome at P.A.'s. Every day is a busy day here and even on the quietest of days we are usually full to the brim. It is always advisable to pre-book over the phone to guarantee a table. A two course lunchtime offer is very tempting at only £10.95. The cosy interior, antique fittings and furnishings make P.A.'s a very intimate, relaxing and comfortable restaurant. It is a place to linger whatever the weather, relax amongst the scatter cushions on a rainy day and enjoy the warmth from the open fire or enjoy the summer sun by dining al fresco in the enchanting garden area. The menu is a challenge to the taste buds and shows great imagination and variety, fruity starters, light soups and sublime pates get any meal off to a great start. Pears poached in red wine are filled with creamy goat's cheese and fresh herbs, served on a bed of crisp salad leaves with a Cumberland sauce and plump beef tomatoes , silky mozzarella and the best Parma ham is stacked high inside a herb breadcrumb case and dressed with basil, chilli, lime and papaya salsa.
